I found the password change to be quite cumbersome. Had to jump all over to finally find the right place/tab. Please put a simple link on the upper right with the other links for an account and send it right to the proper tab. Also, the UI is quite bad in that errors are almost totally hidden (like new password not matching) behind a dark gray background. Try it yourself (I'm speaking about the Zendesk UI) and see what happens when an error is detected on the modal dialog.
