We're utilizing problem tickets to track bugs and feature requests in a custom view. Each issue has its own problem ticket, and individual reports/requests are linked as incidents. It would be great if there was an 'Incidents' column that displayed the number of incidents attached to a problem ticket.
This would make it easier for us to see this information without having to go into each individual problem ticket to manually check or build a full report - especially since the number of incidents is already displayed within the problem ticket itself.
