Timestamps within the first hour of submission
Whenever a new ticket comes in, within the first hour, it says the ticket came in "X minutes ago" and when it's over 45 mins old, it says "about 1 hour ago."
Is there a setting to change it so that would only display the timestamp? This way it would consistent with the tickets that are 1+ hour old and we don't play the guessing game of what time a ticket actually came in at.
