I would like to see the number of unique views by role as well as the number of votes.
Using the Article Votes and Article Views metrics with the Role explosion, I'm getting unexpected results. For example, on one article I have
End user: 12 views and 27 votes
Staff: 10 views and 21 votes
I could see if maybe the votes were cumulative across role, but that doesn't add up.
How are the votes counted? I'd like to see up votes, down votes, and net votes.
Although my company help center has existed for a long time, I have spent the past 5 months revamping, redesigning, revising, adding content. I'd like to be able to compare usage, votes, and trends after we announce the new design compared to 6 months ago.
