Forwarding an email from an agent's personal email to Zendesk, in some situations the subject is changed. Therefore, Zendesk notification emails from triggers do not thread with the original ones.
- The agent receives an email with subject = 'This is the subject' (note double space between 'the' and 'subject'), and forwards it to Zendesk.
- A ticket is created with subject = 'This is the subject' (single space).
