Open third party website when we get an inbound call
Hi there,
Pretty new to Zendesk and wanted to find out how customizable it is.
We have all our customer data in another system which would need to be searched when we get an inbound call. Is there any way to automatically trigger a browser to open up to a certain address when we get an inbound call, or give a ops person a link to open it?

Hi Nick,
I really like this suggestion. Unfortunately we don't have any way to accommodate this with the way the product is currently set up. When I did phone support a few roles ago at a different company, our management encouraged us to set an intranet page as the default loading page on a browser but I do agree that it would be beneficial to make this more automated.

This lets other users upvote your request and add onto it. The more momentum like this behind a request, the more likely that those on the product side will look into the functionality.
