Attribute For Article Label
As a team relying heavily on article labels for content management and automation in Zendesk Guide™, we desire data to quantify the views and votes for groups of articles segmented by their assigned labels.
To support this effort, we would like to see an attribute for "Article Label" in the Knowledge Base dataset.
This would save us the cost/time involved with developing a manual workaround to automatically pull in the article IDs for each label via the API and manually import them into Explore as a custom group of article IDs.

I would agree. We use labels for various reviews for types of articles - it would be nice to see and filter by label.

We really need this too. In our case, we need a way to track articles that are tagged as defects so that we can see how many views they have and get an idea of how common the issue is. Ideally we would like to be able to access this label in our Knowledge Capture reporting as well.

This would be helpful for us as well. It might also help with some issues around reporting when labels are similar or mismatched in case as described here. Being able to group these in Explore could be useful for many teams.
