Subject line
When a voice mail is comes in we are getting the subject line; "translation missing: en-US-x-1.txt.admin.models.voice.calls.ticket_creation.voicemail_from" instead of "Voicemail" as has been shown in the past. I am thinking this maybe a breakdown of communication between Twillio and Zendesk but I am not sure. Do you know if anything has changed on how subject lines come through or if this might be an issue?

Hey everyone,
I received confirmation that a fix has been put in place to address the issue with subject line showing a transmission error.
Any new tickets should no longer show this error. Let us know if you continue to experience issues!
