    Hi Amit,

You can use the code block option from rich text formatting options which will help you to separate your message and formatted code(zendesk doesn't format code for you so you can use some external tool to format and then paste using code block)

    Check screenshot for reference

Note: Make sure that you enable rich content under settings>tickets>settings

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,
    Sushant

    Hi Sushant,

Thank you very much for guiding me to the right point.

    Now I have another question:

I will reply to the customer using "Code Block", it will go smoothly but when the customer reply to my support ticket, he is using mail services like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others.

So when he shares a similar code script with me, it will appear again distorted, because he doesn't have anything like "code block" in his email services to achieve the same result.

From my side (Zendesk) you already provided the answer, but from the customer side, is there anything he can do?

    Thanks,

    Amit Thadani

    Hi Amit,

I am not sure but I believe some syntax highlighting and formatting tools(again it depends whether you email client supports rich content or not) may help your customers to send code and zendesk will show formatted code in comments.

    Regards,
    Sushant
