Error when replying to survey

    Hey Rawan,

    Are multiple users on the account receiving this error or is it just one of your customers? Have they tested this in a different browser? Is the ticket in a closed status? If so, that would explain why the error is generating since you're unable to update a closed ticket.

    Hi Brett,

     

    He's the only customer who has this issue and the  ticket was not closed when he tried to submit the survey

    Hey Rawan,

    The only other solution I can suggest is having the user test from another browser or private window. I'm wondering if this is browser related or if they no longer have access to the ticket for some reason.
