Clicking the "up" arrow when adding an option to a custom menu

    If you go to the far-right of the custom field, you can select a blue bar with two lines that allows you to drag-and-drop fields to re-order.

    Mikiko,

    I'm not talking about changing the order of the fields, I'm talking about changing the order of the values within a custom menu field.

    Hi Adam,

    I believe you are referencing the Choices of a custom field with the Field Type selection Dropdown. You are correct that the up/down arrows are used to move each choice only one step higher/lower in the menu. 

    I will be sure to pass this feedback to our Product Team to see if the drag-and-drop functionality that is available to custom fields can be available within the menu choices of custom fields. 

    Miki Yoshida please let us know if you are aware of a less manual way to make these changes, or if accounts can use Sell's API to reorder custom field choices!
