Adding Custom Field Values to Subject Line

    hi eddy!

    i think the issue is that those field values wouldn't exist until after the form is submitted, but this code effects what the form looks like to the end user before it's submitted.

    i had success following this article to create a trigger that handles this when the ticket is created: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360036935534

    if you hide the fields on the form, i think you'll want to put a temporary variable in for the subject & description, so it'll let the end user save the ticket. but the trigger will just over ride that afterwards.
