There's no way to force Email Visibility settings for all my users
One of the massive selling points of Zendesk Sell was that all our employee's emails (gmail) would sync to ZDSell Contacts in the background. However, there's no way to force the email visibility settings for all the users, so I have to rely on each employee to turn it on and keep it on. If there's a problem, I have no way of knowing and there's no way for me to see who has the settings on/off.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your feedback! I will make sure our Product Team reviews this post and checks to see if any changes can be made to allow admins to control other user's email settings in Sell.
My understanding of the current configuration is that it would be a privacy concern to allow another user/admin to make changes to a user's email settings. By integrating your email, you are allowing Sell to Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail and agreeing to our terms of service and privacy policies. You have your own control over the level of visibility you want to allow other users on the account to have to your email conversations.
That being said, I will be sure to pass this feedback along to our Product Managers that work on Sell's email integration!

+1. I think this should be something that can be managed when setting up a role in the new advanced permissions: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041517433-EAP-Setting-up-a-role-with-advanced-permissions-in-Sell
