Gap in the beginning of trigger email

    Hey Roman,

    You may want to check your email template to see if there's been any extra spacing added there. It's also possible that the spacing has been added to the trigger body itself so you'll want to navigate to Admin>Business Rules>Triggers and check the notify requester of comment update trigger.

    I had a look and couldn't find anything in our HTML there that could make this spacing. I reached out to support and was advised that there is nothing that can be done and that perhaps someone could share some workaround here.
