Seeing Whatsapp contacts in Explore reports
A significant number of the contacts we receive every day come from Whatsapp, however, I am not sure whether or not whatsapp contacts are included in the numbers we see reflected in Explore. Are whatsapp tickets counted as Chats? or are they not reflected in the reports at all? The only article I've found on how to include social messaging in Explore reporting requires Professional or Enterprise licenses. We have the Explore Lite.
