Run reports based on Customer/Organization time zone instead of agent time zone
We have customers in different regions (APAC, EMEA and North America). If we run reports for tickets created/closed in a specific month it differs depending on the agent running the report. I would like to have a report that shows all ticket times using the customer's time zone.
This way the report is consistent and reflects what our customers do and when they do this. This is more relevant than the agent's time zone. Our SLAs are also based on customer time zones, not agent.

Custom metrics will show up in the viewers timezone. Unfortunately there would be no way to change the timezone in your report outside outside of changing the viewers timezone in the users profile.
