I am trying to count all updates to tickets that have the ticket channel "api" and where the status changes from "new" to "open" or from "new" to "new".
When I try it the following way, it also counts (some) tickets with other ticket channels (e.g., web).
If I try it with parentheses, it does not count all instances any more.
The following attempt let to the same result as the one before.
I have tried with and without a tick in the "calculate separately" box. Where did I go wrong?
