My team and I are new to Zendesk (we have the team plan for support). And about half of all the tickets that have come in all have "No content" in the body of the ticket, even though a lot of these same tickets do have subject lines, which seems to imply that those customers did intend to submit a ticket.
Is there a possibility that the content in the body of the ticket could be getting lost somewhere?
If this is a customer issue (and not a zendesk issue), is there a way to make the body text required so that we can stop receiving these blank tickets?
