Hi Zendesk Support!
As the world shifts and consumers are looking for that personalized experience where ever they can, customer feedback is critical for all companies. Our team would love to see some options when it comes to asking the customer for feedback. Whether that's changing the thumbs up/down icon, or being able to change the text, this would be considered a top priority in our books!
Only asking for good or bad is a little outdated we think. We would love to have the option for either a star rating, or even a third thumb for so-so. Something to give our agents a little boost if they randomly have a few clicks on the thumbs down.
Please add this to the road map!!
