    Have you tried clear cache and cookies, login in and log out, and use an incognito browser? If not yet, may you please do so and check if the issue persists. It is also worth checking if other agents are also experiencing the same. If the issue continues, I highly suggest that you reach out to our Customer Support to further check your account.
