Currently there is only a ticket view filter for tickets Assigned to a specific user (or current user), not for tickets followed or CC'd by a specific user (or current user).
There are multiple requests for this feature, just nothing in the "Product Feedback" section.
There is a "workaround" for this issue that takes 5 clicks to get there (from the user profile).
The entire point of views is so that you can customize your tickets to see what you need to accomplish. Not having an ability to show Followed or CC'd tickets obviates the entire point of this "new" feature.
We use views as our primary Zendesk homepage so that we see all tickets that need a reply in our groups that are a) unassigned b) assigned to a non-full-time-employee c) assigned to the current user
The CC's and Follows feature is totally useless to us because we can't see any of those tickets in a view; we have to rely on email notifications and that's easy to miss when you have hundreds of ticket updates coming in a day (even though we've already filtered these down to only show updates from an end user or agent to tickets that are assigned to us or CC'd to us).
In addition, the fact that all email notifications can be customized via Triggers *except* for CCs and Follows means this new feature "upgrade" was poorly thought out. There's also no way to disable the CC or Follow notification hard coded into the Ticket Settings page.
Please add CCs and/or Follows to View Filters, and add an option to notify CCs and/or Follows in triggers, and and option to disable the hard coded CC and Follow notification in Ticket Settings.
