email templates do appear on apple mobile app, but it does not appear on Android mobile phone and tablet app. Any workaround?

Hi Ricky, thanks for reaching out. We've checked the app version you're using and the one on your Android phone has to be updated to the newest version that supports unified email templates. Could you update it and check if thing work as expected?
