Hi there, please add support for reporting on appointments held. This is key for our outbound metrics. Ideally, we want to see:
- meetings scheduled by rep for a given time period
- meetings held by a rep for a given time period
- ideally, meetings can be schedule for different people (e.g. a BDR/SDR schedules a rep for an AE) and we have some way to report on this.
Today we do this manually with Google Sheets which is really cumbersome.
