    As of now, Focus Mode only works with Zendesk Talk and Chat. Third-party voice integrations or social channels are not supported. However, our roadmap includes omni-channel plans that would include next-generation Focus mode functionality as part of the agent capacity settings across all channels.

    Focus mode is really exciting, thanks for sharing a bit more about it Volkan & Dave!

    Do you have any plans to extend it to Talk Partner edition users or SunCo users? I would love to be  able to manage omnichannel routing in this manner.
