Monitoring agent daily connection time to Zendesk
Hi there,
I manage a support team with agents in total different time shifts across the world.
I want to monitor their daily Zendesk login time (from when to when they are logged in to Zendesk).
It's for ticketing only, so nothing to deal with chat or calls.
Is there an easy way to do this in Explore?

I'm not sure if there is a way to do this from Explore - maybe add a request to the Explore Feedback channel. I will upvote!
Otherwise, you can sort of get this data from the Admin Center Audit trail. It shows when agents log in - you can filter by date range and agent. You couldn't see everyone all at the same time, but the data is there.
