Tickets solved per agent vs agent group?
AnsweredHi, would it be possible for us to create a Zendesk Explore recipe that charts how many tickets an agent has solved under each agent group that they're in? For example, if we have a wholesale group and a consumer group, we would want to see how many tickets that agent completed under wholesale vs consumer.

This should be as simple as pulling in Ticket Group as an attribute - either row or column, depending how you want to look at it. Give both options a try and see which you prefer.
So an example recipe would be:
Metrics: # Tickets Solved
Columns: Ticket Group (option A)
Rows: Assignee Name + Ticket Group (option B - and keep in mind when placing multiple attributes in a Row, you can move Ticket Group above/below the agent name to change how the data is grouped in your table)
Filters: Date (Ticket Solved) = last x days
That should get you started!
