FEATURE: Ability for agent to see another agents active live chat

    Hi Kyle - 

    The ability to view other agents' conversations on the Agent Workspace is currently planned and you can look forward to a release date soon.

    However, this ability is not available on live Chat and we don't have any plans to work on this for Chat in the next year.
