Feature Request Summary:
If I type the phrase to get in touch with an agent, it should take the action as though I clicked the button.
I’ve noticed that a lot of users type the phrase “get in touch”, instead of clicking the button. Sometimes they will try multiple times, with the bot going “I couldn't find any relevant articles.” every time.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
In addition to increasing the ease of connecting, and making the user experience more seamless, this would likely make it a little easier for folks using things like screen readers to start a conversation.
