Feature Request Summary:
Include partial searches in Zendesk Support Search.
Description/Use Cases:
Our Organizations are named by internal location numbers (example. 01021). Currently, when searching for organizations, you must have the exact start of the name to get results to appear. Therefore if I search for 1021, nothing appears.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical for our business to allow agents to quickly search for organizations while still leaving room for human error.

Similar (if not the same) situation. Our Orgs contain the customer's number. Some of them contain leading 0's. If I omit those 0's, the search does not result in the correct Org, BUT if I include the leading 0's but omit the end of the number, it works. It's only the leading 0's that cause the problem.

I have the same request. There's data in my Zen tickets that has useless letters in front of the important numbers. But its all in-line with no spaces. Ex: CS0332522
When searching '332522' I get no results. However, I expect to be returned the ticket with that data in the comments.
