the language preference does not affect custom fields and custom Views

I have a problem, when I change the language of Zendesk, the description of the custom views and the custom fields (unlike the rest) remain in the language in which I created them.

Thus, when a user switches Zendesk to their preferred language, they get a mix of fields and views in their preferred language (fields and views by default) and in the language in which the customizations were created. This is obviously a problem for our users.
What is the reason for being able to switch Zendesk to the user language if you only get a mix?
Is there a way to solve this problem?
