Hello, I am Zendesk svc manager in Megazonecloud.
I would like to know if there is a plan for further improvement related to Korean input for Rich Text.
Because when writing a public reply to a ticket on Zendesk Support, some people may experience a Korean breaking phenomenon.
This is not a browser or computer problem. The same phenomenon occurred on multiple browsers and computers.
This phenomenon started on May 17.
Please let me know if you have a plan or if it's in progress.
