Ticket form details are hard to read for agents, in particular long form responses. In order to view the response, we have to scroll within the cell (see screenshot attached). It’s a problem because it is difficult to digest the ticket form information for agents.
As a workaround, we pull report for exporting ticket details into a spreadsheet, which is a highly manual process.
Ideally, we'd solve like to solve this by provide agents with the same full-screen view for ticket forms as users.
Ticket reviews are heavily impacted because the user interface does not allow agents to view ticket form details quickly and in a user-friendly way today.
