Pop- up notifications
Would need to create a possibility, to make various actions with pop-up windows.
For example, - in ticket added more than 3 CC's, -> Pop-up warning
Sensitive information in ticket field -> Pop up warning
In short words, make it possible to create pop-up warnings in zendesk based on criteria, same as We create triggers.

would be good to have the ability to create pop-up alerts for agents if certain ticket fields are missing or changed to something which is not allowed, e.g. assigning a ticket to group X while it is only allowed to get assigned to group Y and Z

The only negative thing is you must pay an additional $2/agent/month. For this kind of app, I prefer a per instance pricing.
