Add SLAs on home screen dashboard

I would really appreciate if the SLA time could be displayed on the home screen as the priority levels are, just for a nice first overlook since that's the first thing you see when you log in to Zendesk Support.

Thank you for your suggestion!

At this time it isn't possible to customise the information displayed in the Home dashboard. Although we have received some similar requests in the past (please see here) it doesn't look like the ability to do so is part of our current product roadmap.

However, I would kindly recommend that you follow the article linked above to receive updates if and when this changes. Please also feel free to upvote this request.
