I am struggling with the updating Group in bulk. I have a view showing me tickets from different groups and the plan is to remove the groups at all.
I am updating the group in bulk, but a lot of tickets are already Solved and has an agent assigned. I am unable to update in bulk these tickets, as when I do it, the assignee will be removed, and the update will not happen on the Solved tickets.
Right now, I have ordered the tickets in the View via Assignee name and updating all tickets from one agent. Sometimes it is 100 tickets, but sometimes it is just 10 tickets.
I think that it would be great if when I edit tickets that I want to update in bulk, the Assignee field would be divided on Group and Agent Name:
That would help admins to make updates in the tickets only for the groups - not changing the assignee name. Of course, if the Agent is not in the group that I choose, then the update is not happing on that ticket and an error pop-up in the right-top corner.
