Create functionality to allow for a role which can edit Guide articles but does not have access to Support.

    Hi Holly,

    You could create a new custom role and remove the ability for users in this role to have tickets assigned to them and only allow them to make private comments.

    With the configuration above, they would still be able to access all tickets but you could restrict this further by adding them to a Group and restricting their ticket access to only that group.

    You can then make users in this new custom role Guide admins by enabling the "manage Guide" settings:
