Regarding the subject, I know this is something that has already been reported, however, I would like to have updated feedback on this topic.
This integration is very good for communication and work between the Support Line and the Development team.
And the possibility of attaching documents, both on the Zendesk and Jira side, makes perfect sense and further reinforces the sense of the existence of this integration, which is: to facilitate work between teams without having to leave the application in which work.
Right now, we have our development team unable to attach documents via Jira, having to either: send by email or write everything on the ticket.
It would be wonderful to have this option available soon :)
