How do we change the default incoming email domain from OURCOMPANY.zendesk.com to OURCOMPANY.org?

- set up forwarding from OURCOMPANY.org to OURCOMPANY.zendesk.com
- set up outgoing e-mail address to OURCOMPANY.org
(don't forget to add the SPF record to your DNS)
