Hi @..., you can obtain this information with Zendesk Explore. One of the available attributes is 'Requester email'.

    Hi Pedro,

So you can actually extract a batch of email into 1 doc? Can you please let me have the exact link to start doing that?

Hi @..., you can achieve that with Zendesk Explore. I don't have the exact link because you'd need to go to access it via your account at https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/explore#/new-query to create a table that would include the Requester email attritbute as a parameter. Hope that helps!

Hi, could you please let me know how to actually extract emails in full and not just the subject?

    Hey, Liza!

    Hope you're doing well!

You can export your ticket data/comments by following this guide Exporting data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file. There's a link there that will help you export them via [Zendesk REST API: Tickets] (https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/tickets/tickets/0, then choose Ticket Comments - list comments. Please do note that exporting your data needs to be requested first by the account owner as described on the link I provided above.

    Hope this helps!
