'Actual' (Super) Admin in Zendesk Sell
Currently in Zendesk Sell, there are some features which are locked as admin-only (such as importing/exporting lists, I don't see why that has to be Admin-only), but there are also some thing which admins cannot do or block others from doing. In this case, enabling and using certain integrations. It would be wonderful to actually have a super-admin role, where we have finer-grain detail on what all users are doing across Sell, what they have access to, what they can or can't do, etc. Perhaps this could also be done by an expanded list of options in the custom roles section, to create more flexible roles and access levels.
Not being able to control certain aspects of what the Sell team is doing, such as what integrations they are enabling, is actually posing a security issue for us and has to be resolved before we scale the sales team.
