I know for Zendesk support, there is a way to get notified via email of someone responding to an email that you sent from Zendesk. However, there is currently not a way to be notified via email of someone replying to an email that was sent to a prospect via Zendesk Sell. (this is coming from an agent that I chatted with)
Would be a great function to add to keep track and not risk missing an email response from a prospect.
