No new tickets arriving from Facebook and Instagram
It's almost 2 weeks since we received any/new tickets from our FB Page and Instagram. It is very hassle! We need to go to an app just to reply them. We tried to reach out to one of your agents here last time but they didn't get try to give us some steps on how to resolve this issue.

Jeff Uy I'm really sorry that I'm seeing this so late, I hope you've managed to get in touch with our Advocacy team to resolve your issue. There are a number of things that could be causing this and the best way is to have them look at the error we are receiving on our end. Please let me know if you've managed to get this resolved.
