Delays in receiving the tickets
Hi,
I noticed that there are some delays in receiving the tickets.
They appear on Zendesk after 20 - 40 minutes. Can the time zone be a reason for this?

In regards to your concern, I am not sure if time zones can affect the deliverability of your ticket responses but you can check some common issues that cause the delay of your email deliverability on this article: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204141506-Common-issues-with-email-deliverability.
