ability for side conversation emails to open new tickets in other departments

Currently there is no trigger to create new ticket for a different work group nor can we send an email to open a ticket with a different group due to the email address being a ZD forwarded address...  Seems like this should be an easy fix...

Hi, 

I have recently added another department (group) to zendesk and we often send requests back and forth between departments, were you able to find a solution that works for you?

Hey Team,

Have you checked out the Tasks & Subtickets app inside Zendesk. It can help you create a new ticket based off certain criteria on the primary ticket which is all linked together for reporting purposes. You can check it out here:
