Feature Request: Provision agents with Chat functionality by default
We currently provision our agents from AzureAD using the ZenDesk Enterprise app.
By default, agents are provisioned with access to "Support" and "Guide" but not "Chat" which we use.
Can we get an option to determine what products users gets by Default? E.g. All new Agents get:
And long term, it would be wonderful to add a mapping to grant users specific Products via SCIM.

I’m the product manager working on staff/team management here at Zendesk. I’m currently researching SCIM APIs and how they could make it easier and more efficient to manage large numbers of staff/team members within Zendesk.

I also find it useful to use SCIM provisioning. I want all of our employees to be able to log into Zendesk as End users via SSO, SCIM would be helpful to add an account for them.
