    I think this is a MUST feature. My team and I need it to differentiate side conversation tickets assigned to different groups.

    Thanks for this feedback – to answer your question Jake, this is currently not possible. Ticket numbers in Zendesk are integers only. Your best bet would be to use tagging or a custom field to differentiate ticket types.
