App Stores and Social Media integration

Hello, are you planning to integrate both App Store for IOS and AppGallery from Huawei devices in Zendesk to reply and measure the App reviews?

Also, since Instagram is increasing its importance in the Social media and customer support channels it would be great to have it in Zendesk as well.

The thid party apps in marketplace are paid only.

Great Feature. There is already a Zendesk app for the Google Play Store, so why not for the other stores?

Hi everyone, there's no update to this at present, so the third-party options available in our Apps Marketplace are your best option.

How is the Apple App Store not natively available to connect the same as Google Play Store? There's upcoming requirements that this is needed for each of our brands, we have well over 20 different brands across in the EU and US and yet we're expected to pay for a 3rd party application to be able to respond to our customers.
