Hello,

We would like to our agents to be able to edit/delete internal/public notes and wondering why this hasn't been enabled in the first place.

Internal and public Comments in tickets are not editable because ticket comments are considered a System of Record.

Can I edit a ticket comment once it's saved to the ticket?
