[Agent Workspace] move the reply section back to the top

    Hi Hyttetorget,

    It looks like you have raised a normal behavior for the Agent workspace where a ticket flow looks like a conversation flow just as with chats.

    Although I have read through some of the comments in the same article suggesting that the composer be brought back up and to have all new responses to show on top.

    I highly suggest you submit a product feedback providing your use case for this so that our Product team can review this one. Stay safe!
