[Agent Workspace] move the reply section back to the topAnswered
I have an issue that occured after switching to the new Agent workspace. It seems that when we have long tickets all the answers get moved around and it becomes very difficult to find the latest respons.
Do anyone have a fix for this? I would like the new workspace to work like the old one in context on how the ticket flow work.
It looks like you have raised a normal behavior for the Agent workspace where a ticket flow looks like a conversation flow just as with chats.
Although I have read through some of the comments in the same article suggesting that the composer be brought back up and to have all new responses to show on top.
